Mike, I got a look today and I have one with a 7 inch base and its good and solid but has some rust damage to the lip that the lens sits against. It has clear lenses in it and the body will support them just fine but that lip is rusted away in a couple of spots for a short distance. Like I said tho, its good and solid and would hold a lens OK. Its a high profile body. PM me if you have any interest.---KEVIN
