Thank you very much Jerry, Anthony and Nelson. I did make a deal with the list in CL I will post pictures very soon...I REALLY APPRECIATE THE HEAD'S UP ON THAT.

As for the San Luis Obispo, well I know someone else on this thread that wants it moreso than myself I think it will go for more than my mortgage payment when it is all said and done.
