Looks good to me, and seems like it would clean up ok. I would want to pay in the $475-$500 for that sign, but I never buy if there isn't upside down the line

Price is reasonable in a retail setting in my opinion, but I'd try to get it knocked down a bit

I waited a little too long on this one. Someone else came along and bought it out from under me. Ah well.
