This 66 inch porcelain GULF sign is for sale locally and the asking price is $1,200. The seller is willing to negotiate but given the condition, I'm unsure what a kind of money this sign is really worth. Any help would be appreciated.

A little rough IMO for $1200. Looks more like a $700 sign to me. Gulf isn't rare. If he doesn't come down, wait for another one.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking around 800 so at least I'm on track with being able to estimate value.

I will see what the seller will do. If he won't budge, maybe I will just post my wish list over in the WTB section.
