I've got another thread opened in the fake section but if this sign is indeed real, what would you say the value is? The seller wants $325 and says that it's painted tin. So far the yellow tint is assumed to be some kind of varnish. Thanks!

only you can answer that question, ask yourself this question- can I at least get my money back on this purchase
is it possible too hold the sign too analyze if you can do anything too remove ever what is on it (big plus if you can hold before purchase)
pick it apart like your buying a car as there is a issue with condition, seller may come down more..

Good advice. I did go and hold it. The pictures the guy had were terrible. In person it doesn't look nearly as tan and I can tell by the way the sign has aged that it is the real deal. He even gave me a deal I couldn't refuse. All is well that ends well.
