Its been awhile since I have posted, thanks for looking, this issue has been covered im sure, but all the replies do not answer my questions on this find. It measures slightly over 11-3/4 in, it has a Gray what I call graniteware porcelain back. The rivets show sign of actual mounting, splits. There is not a white border. any Reponses appreciated Todd (Peggy)

What they are telling you here is that this is an aftermarket reproduction made for the decorator market and commonly sold for $20 to $30.

thanks to everyone, I like many was hoping I had found an original possibly made by a different sign maker back in the day

An original has the white border, black back and the mounting eyelets are inside red boarder and is 11/78.
