Hi All

I came across this 18 x 12 1940 Fire-Chief PPP and Im hoping someone may be able to help me with a value.
Also; I could only find a couple 1940s on line and didnt see anything earlier then 1940. Can someone educate me on the year the Fire-Chief brand was introduced and the first year of this plate?
