Stoll sign. Is it real? What could be the value? 30" dia. Any help appreciated.

Looks OK to me. Several areas of touch-up that hurt its value but looks OK otherwise. I wouldn't want to guess at value until the touched up areas were stripped. I don't like touched-up signs.
