I have stumbled across a lighted Standard Oil sign. It is the "As you travel ask us". I know it is missing the top and bottom of the torch and I am wondering about the value as it is. Also if there are any available top and bottom parts of the torch?

I paid 400 for one that size with good frame & plastic inserts & top flame but missing the lower torch handle.
