I got this sign and im looking to get rid of it how much should i ask for it?

What size is the sign? I guess it also depends how quick you want to sell it and what state/area your selling it in.
Here is one that sold at Barrett-Jackson for big money.

But, Barrett-jackson stuff sells for lots of money... Look in the new PCM from this month.

I agree, cut the price in half or better. Barrett-Jackson does not appear to have the size info on the sign I posted.
Have you seen what gas pumps sell for there? A $4000 priced pump at a swap meet might sell for $7000-$8000. Good for the seller but not the collector. I guess if your bidding on a $70,000 car why not spend %10 more and go home with a pump to compliment it in the garage.

Yup! But even a restored visible pump sold for 26,000!!! Crazy!!

I'm sure not your Chevron expert, but given the condition in the picture, I would think thats too high? I have no idea on rarity but have seen the sign several times, so I don't think rarity plays a big part. Condition is the biggest factor in the value of most signs!
PS-Igmre all Barrett-Jacksom values, as they have no realistic depliction of value on ANYTHING!
