I'll be there with a vendor space at 56-57 selling Oldgas T-shirts, books and promoting Oldgas.com. Stop by and say Hi! If you have a vendor space, post the number here so everyone can be sure to find you.

I'll be there, but not as a vendor. Gotta get an Oldgas shirt if nothing else.

This will be my 19th year attending as a vendor.
This meet sure has changed since the first year. I'll be in 215, 216, 217 & 257. Please call me in advance for delivery of large items such as glass cylinders, sheet metal and cast iron parts.

Jodi & I will be there also. We're inside so stop and browse - and say HI!

We will have the brand new Fyre Drop, along with the Warrior Chieftain & Power-lube lenses for sale. And the final few Fantasy Polly lenses. Yup - the full run is almost sold out. So if you were thinking about a set, you'd better decide soon.

If anyone wants to reserve a set of any of our lenses, just drop us a line and we will have them all wrapped and ready for you to pick up.

We will have decals for your restorations too, along with all the Stainless Steel parts we are famous for. And a new set of SS Trim will be available for the first time at Iowa Gas. Stop by and see what we have for you now.

Later . . .

Jim

OK, guys help me out with this.
The show's advertised for Aug 4-6, Thur-Sat.
When does everyone begin setting up? Do most sellers leave Friday afternoon. I know there was a lot of discussion on the last show, what's the info on this one.

My father and I are going for the 17th straight. We will set-up in the room only thurs. night and in the some in the afternoons. Usually G-49 or in that vicinity (Ground level rooms). Will have circa 20 porcelain signs (no junk) and some misc. other signs, racks, etc. Also get quite motivated this time of year as tend to spend more than I bring in.

Look forward to meeting many of you as I have been a lurker on this sight for 3+ years but only began posting within the last year.

Wads,

No matter what someone is always going to say....the good stuff already sold. But the last few years Wed afternoon early evening has been sufficient for us. Some pre-show activity but I would say fairly controlled. Most set-up late Wed. afternoon, early evening.

Regarding Friday, in the past some have left in the early afternoon. But this year will be interesting with another off-site auction friday beginging in the am.

There are usually a few [very few] that stay set up on Saturday, but mostly it is over before dinner time on Friday, then the Auction Friday nite & Saturday morning.
