"Tbird , Wolfs Head sold, I think it was 750." Thank You for the info!!. I have NOS that's almost mint (yes still has the factory seal under the cap)just trying to get a feel of value
Thanks for posting the pictures. Greatly appreciated. In the third picture I have never seen a Texaco sign like that. Is it foreign? Anyone know how it was used??
P.S. If anyone runs into a fair-priced, Tall Tokheim 39 Station liter top...would appreciate any contact information.
Anyone have a link to the completed auction?? thank you
Anyone have a link to the completed auction?? thank you
I don't think they have posted any results as of yet.. .. ... https://www.route32auctions.com/event-details/?action=evrplusegister&event_id=25
I just looked at the auction results as there was a number of Texaco items and, holy cow......I am loathe to question what someone is willing to pay for things, but there are times when I think there are people with too much money and limited common sense. There were some very unique and nice items, but when a basic Texaco restroom key set, that is rated 8.5 out of 10 with some scratches goes for $1,000 plus a 23% commission.....Yikes. On the other hand, I would like to pack up all of my Texaco items and send them to this auctioneer...….Have a good day everyone.....
I enjoyed attending my first ever show. I'm glad I went the first day but wasn't able to go on Thursday thinking Friday morning would work too; WOW, unfortunately everyone was packed up and gone by 11 am. Oh well, maybe next year and I'll make sure I go the first two days. Fantastic quality and quantity of items at this show; weather was great on Wednesday with rain on Thursday. Today, Friday, would have been another great day for a full day; weather is rather cool for this time of year.

$2100 for a repainted Standard flame seems a bit nuts to me, but auctions aren't supposed to make sense I guess, lol.
Gold at the end of the rainbow in a parking lot in Des Moines.
More photos later.
Who was selling the Sinclair gas pump and for how much?
Don't know who had that pump for sale or if it was a purchase.

Thank you for taking the time to post the pics, very appreciated.
Thanks to all for the pictures, what a shame those signs being cut and made into different things but they were cool.
Thanks again Ed for taking all the time to post these!!
Thanks Ed for posting all these pictures. I was there and I didn't see some of the items you pictured.
I was there too and didn't see some of these items but then again it was pretty large showing and so much to take in that there is no doubt I didn't get to see everything.
