appears to have had a little rain..
My neck of the woods and I didn't make it...I would never have left.
Had another great time at Hershey despite the weather. It was good meeting some oldgas members and talking shop. There was no shortage of cool things to see and I was able to purchase a few things for my collection. It's really great how welcoming the petro community was to me and my children. Special thanks to Bill for sharing his spot, and I'm already looking forward to next year.

Wanted Invader Motor Oil
Today is the last day of Hershey. We awoke to a dry parking lot at out hotel. The rain is finally gone with a cloudy day in the offing. Even in the rain, we had a steady stream of lookers/buyers all week......along with a river running across the booth, LOL. Everyone agrees that it's Hershey and you never know what weather you'll face. Paul

Why can't I see the photos?
Not able to see pictures. I went for the first time and OH WOW. I walked Thursday from 7:30 till 5:30 and could not wait to get back to the motel for a hot shower and nap. Was a lot to look at was way more than expecting. Found a couple nice signs and even found a couple at shops on the way home. To bad the rain came up Friday but was a fun time. Had a Gyro on the chocolate field that was outstanding and of course suckered into buying some Hershey kisses at their tent, they were good though. Saw some really cool cars and watched a guy drive in right out of the movies with goggles and mud on the face traveling around the word in his car. Thanks to all, talked to some nice people.
can't see the photos?????????
What happened to all the pictures?
Looks like photobucket is having problems.
Just got home from the show. The sun came out today but most of the crowds were history. A thoroughly enjoyable week. Met a bunch of guys from this forum and saw a lot of old friends. Great place to network as well. Paul

Paul,
Nice to meet you. Thanks again for working with me on the most complete G&B 177 most have ever come across. To the rest great to catch up and meet face to face. What a great time rain and all!
Great photos! Thanks for posting them.
Wow.....I can't believe how much of henry's pics I didn't see there. Unbelievable!
Great pics
There are always other things to do while in Pa. Today I went to Adamstown Pa. for several antique markets. Went over to Morphy's auction house to see the globe they sold the other week. $36 grand. I could not afford it ?
anyone know who has/had the sterling sign ? PM me plese , Thanks !
Great pics from both of you - spent a nice Wed, soggy Thurs, and complete wash out Fri. and can't believe I missed a lot of what you both took photos of. Was great talking to you Henry (60 wayne) on Friday, while taking a break from the rain. Already have reservations made for next year.
Thanks for all the pictures everyone! Curious to hear from those who went - how would you say prices were - in general? Average retail? Over retail? Curious if one makes the long trip are you able to buy much - or is it only if you are willing to pay too much for a piece you must have
? I guess I'm wondering if due to it's size and international draw are prices driven up above what they normally might be at a more local show or swap? Thanks
Great pictures. I'm going to have to get out to one of these shows.
appears to be something for everybody..
had a blast at the show, wed was great, sunny weather. thurs/fri was pretty nasty as the rains came hard. got there Friday morning to find my tent collapsed! ha, was soaked from 7AM to 9PM, but still put out all the porcelain and people were walking by all day in the pouring rain still bartering and having a good time. as for prices, I don't think there is any rhyme or reason. some prices are high and some are steals in my opinion, just as with any other show. met many oldgassers that I've "known" here for years and finally met up with. great show for sure! Saturday turned out to be beautiful and stayed till 3PM! chuck
Great collection of pictures, just amazing.
I agree with Chuck on prices,Great show I was there tuesday and left on friday, friday morning went to the car museum due to rain,I got afew signs at the show and one was a powerlube that i was very happy to get at a great price,Thanks to all.Al
It was a great show my first time there. I arrived on Tuesday and was able to get a few things early. Put faces to a few names on this site Henry, Ed, and Paul who isn't as grouchy as he says he is. And I was able to get an item from Jolly John delivered by a friend of his from Wisconsin I'm amazed at the network of people on this site. Overall great time except when the rain came (Chocolate World time). I think if I go next year Ill have to get me one of those Jazzy scooters to save the soles of my sneakers.
Nice pics , thanks for posting .
