Couldn't it was a consignment to an auction. Several people tried to buy it out of the sale for much less than it sold for. Seller wanted in an auction. Buyer who consigned it to me only paid 900.00 for it. After auction purchase price + BP plus Ontario taxes(13%) it totaled $7,405.
Auction was advertised on Oldgas....there were some who placed absentee bids on it but for no where near the final selling price.
