That doesn't look like porcelain, has it been repainted? Looks like the holes aren't drilled through in the base/pedestal?

it is 100 percent original, all 4 holes are drilled,the the faces have been powered coated thats how nice they are and new vinyl lettes applied.

Thanks, just to clarify for others. Not a 100% original as the original inserts were porcelain coated. Not powder coated with vinyl letters.
