My brother in law mounted these up on a piece of barn wood he painted.
I think it looks awesome!! He plans to hang to goose neck porcelain lights over it.

Very nicely done, but does the "O" need to be turned about a quarter of a turn?

Holy cow! I didn't notice that!! Your absolutely right!! And I should have noticed that. I remember a thread about this very same mistake on someone else's display or something like that.
I'll certainly tell him!!
Damn, could cause a noticeable spacing problem across the entire thing.

All fixed up.
He has some salt bags mounted in barn wood frames also. I like the barn wood thing. It takes ya back a bit. Sets a mood with the age of the piece.
This picture doesn't show off the barn wood at all!! It totally misses the point but it's what he sent me. None the less, the "O" is fixed. He actually argued for a second, then he came to his senses when I sent him a vintage pic of a truck.
