i just finished painting this 1936 skyking tricycle for my friend eric.i painted it in gilmore colors and was wondering if anyone knows where we can get some small gilmore decals to put on it.someday it will be displayed by his wayne 40 that will be painted in the same colors.thanks for looking

If you have a good picture of the logo you want you can take it to a sign show and they can print you any size vinyl decal. I do it for some of the globes that don't have decals made yet.

If you want true water transfer decals, Testors makes a "custom decal system" available at Walmart and other places for about 5 bucks. You use an inkjet printer to print the image on the decal paper, then spray on a clear coating. When it's dry, you dip in water and apply---just like you're doing a model car/airplane. Only bad thing I can find is the decal paper is about 5x8---but the kit comes with two sheets.
I did a window decal for my truck and was REAL happy till a hard rainstorm beat it up a little. I would suggest clearcoating over the decal if it's placed on, say, a tricycle or maybe a pump that would be exposed to the elements.
btw, that trike looks KILLER

thanks for the help.i have had a sign shop make decals before.that is probably my best bet for the leaping lion that i want.thanks again

Hey you dont need decals, that tricycle looks cool the way it is, Nice job.
