Has anyone ever seen one of these? A collector near me bought it and since then everyone has been trying to buy it off him. What do you all think?

I ain never seen one of them thar things...looks like a hippity hoppity..can you see me the fatboy himself climbing aboard and trying to bounce his way down the drive..LOL..hillarious. Cool looking thing though.
