NEAT. Now place a large pan of water under suction pipe & have one of the kids hold the nozzle open, as water passes thru the pump & measuring mech, the VR will spin & Ding out the gallons.
Got it fixed on my end , my account locked for some reason , thanks Dave . If I get time going to do like DB said for real and see if it will pump , I will try 5 gal of farm diesel , if the computer works I will do a better video of the veeder root and computer . I know all all the veterans have seen these plenty before but maybe some of the new crowd will enjoy. You can see it don't take much to keep me entertained for sure.
Thanx for sharing Travis! I really like youtube for this reason. Someone has posted a visible in operation on a farm and vids like it and yours make it so I can visually understand how these pumps worked back in the day.
That is cool. I normally gut all my pumps but I do have a Tokheim 36B clockface that still runs and has good suction. It was in use until 1968 and then stored indoors sense.
