anyone besides me been having trouble hooking up with pay pal ???

Had a problem the other day trying to pay for something right after the auction ended.
Kept received some kind of error - I waited a few minutes and worked fine.
Anyone else??

Did a couple of payments about an hour ago and everything worked fine.

Been working fine for me, only prob is the pics are not loading from time to time.

I got through normally to both eBay and Paypal this evening. I shipped a purchase through Paypal shipping and it worked fine. I paid for an auction I won and it did fine.

Once and a while Paypal shipping is offline. Last Sunday evening it didn't work for me, then an hour later it did. No computer system works perfectly 100% of the time.
