How many different tags were there on these 40-A bezels? My 40-A bezels have a different shaped tag with only "Wayne" on them. My tags are rectangular with clipped corners. I'll post a pic. tomorrow.

Here's one of my 40-A Bezels. Note the different Wayne tag, also neither one of my bezels have that little access door with the spring. Just thought the differences were interesting. What is the tiny little access door for on the one listed on e-bay?
