All you have to do is buy a $10 sign, bury it, use it for target practice, take a chain to it, ..., whatever. Then create some rust and voila- list it on ebay = $$$

Seems like the buyers are to blame as well. People need to do research if any questions about items are raised. Any thing listed as DECOR should send a red flag!!
But according to the trend it looks like people are still buying rusty JUNK!!!
