Oh baby..
Yeah that was unbelievable. The whole second half, really was something.
That was as close to the patriot comeback last year as far as excitement to me. Go Vikes. Skol.
Just about the most exciting game of the year!
Agree,it had to be one of the best games of all time.
What a duel.
It usually takes a game with some luck in it to make it through the playoffs. Hopefully they can get it done in Philly!
Best I don't comment I guess with all these Viking fans....LOL
When the Saints kicked the field goal without running the clock down I didn't understand. Leaving 25 seconds is just asking for it!
Bet they would do it different if they had it to do over again.
You can comment Minuteman we have heard it all. There was luck involved but like Ryan said there are times teams need a little.
If you took the Vikings you lost.
As the spread was 5.5,and they didn't cover.
Taking the knee at the end of the game instead of the field goal had to make many in the world go ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ****.
That game was great. That game will be far more exciting than this years Super Bowl.... And I just say that because that'll be a hard game to top as far as excitement goes. One of the best football games I've seen in a while.
I used to watch often. The problem with football is the same teams are always in the playoffs. Same goes for the super bowl, it gets stale.
Not if your team is 1 of those teams that's always in the playoffs.
As a life long New England fan I can say it never gets old. I did endure 30 plus years of watching atrocious football before the team became a perennial playoff threat. I remember an awful lot of two and three win seasons. I'm simply enjoying the ride for however long it lasts.
as a Bears fan... I'm really happy to see the Vikings move on. At least it wasn't the Packers
One of the best football games I've seen in a while.
ditto, - my team now since we got eliminated early would
be the winner of the vikings/eagles game .. ...
Just a prediction, but I think New England will have a pretty easy go of it in the Super Bowl.
Quarterbacks for Philly and Minnesota are basically replacements.
And they play like it...
Could be wrong and time will tell...
Honestly if we beat Philly I don't want to face Brady. Which ever QB we have in.
Obviously, when you look at my hometown, I dont have a dog in the fight, but I,m just making an observation here.
No mention of Jacksonville? Doesnt New England have to get past Jacksonville first? I have nothing but respect for New England but they barely beat Pittsburgh in a pretty important game in the regular season. In the regular season the Jags kicked the steelers and the Patriots asses. Last week Jacksonville handled Pittsburgh , no?
No. Jacksonville and New England did not play each other this season.
New England is 10 - 1 all time against Jacksonville including playoffs.
My mistake. Looking at their schedule I see it was in the preseason they beat New England. I knew I had heard they beat them- just not in the regular season.
Jacksonville Scores,again!
Will Tom Brady please retire so someone else can win. If we win Minnesota I did not want to play the pats.
I know a lot of you (most of you) are tired of New England's success, but you do have to appreciate that what they are doing is not likely to ever be repeated again.
not gloating but I thought this was funny.
Man. Philly is playing lights out.
Philly looks good plus we always help other teams look good as well.
One more thing at least we can't lose 5 SB
Be glad you didnt go 0-16. You guys had a great season.
They did have a good season but it gets old getting hopes up them play like this.
Congrats New England & Philadelphia...This should be a good SB match up.
John you were obviously never a Cubs fan! We couldn't even get our hopes up!
But hey, the 2016 World Series made up for all of that. All good now for another 115 years.
BrianH
I won't live that long to see it. 😣
I'm an Oakland Raider lifelong fan.I was rooting for the Vikings. Now the Eagles need to kick the Brady bunches butt !!!
Look out guys. Elway is looking for another worn out quarterback to use for the Bronco's next year.
