Southern Oil Co of NY.
Rotary was the brand name. Rota Zol was a Benzol blend fuel.

I liked the Rota Zol lens so much I got these gill lenses too.
It looks like they used the same size artwork on both the 15" and 13 1/2" lenses. Note the wide white border on the 15" lens in the previous post.

They used a globe just like it without the "?" too.
I don't know what the "?" denotes on the lenses.
