Nice finds! Since you bought them not knowing what they were worth. I would speculate you got them at a good price. I would keep them...killer pieces to own!

Great signs. I have one of the small Sound Signal strip signs. I have seen maybe 8-10 of them. Dad had a pair of the round ones in the 12 inch size that we bought at Iowa a couple years ago. Also have a picture of them mounted on the back of a fuel truck tank as they were found in the wild. I heard of the 16 inch size but never saw one in person. I saw the pictures of Randy's before, wish it was on my wall. Ron also has/ had one if I recall. In my opinion, all three of these signs would have been mounted to the back of a fuel delivery truck. I asked the original poster to send me more pictures. They look real to me for whatever that's worth. That being said, I would want to see them in person like ANY sign before I would pay what the standing Dino sign is most likely worth. I had a few messages back and forth with the owner. I would like to see them even if I can't afford them.

Also, I think there is at least two versions of the 12 inch size. One version has the "tag" at the four o'clock position, the other version does not.

The 'sound signal for passing-sinclair' sign as rare/hard to find as the others?
