Don't know if the guy still is selling the still pieces on eBay but there was one guy who had new ones for reasonable. They could be acid treated to get the patina of an old still.

Also, at Dixie someone came in with new still pieces, you might ask here on OG as I think they sold most of what they brought and someone might remember a contact name.

Most 'original' still pieces are bringing good money around here (Carolinas) a hundred to several hundred dollars per piece some times depending on size.

If you want the 'look' but not the cost, old galvanized metal could be made to look right with some copper paint.
