hello, i saw a hand pump that looked like
a water type pump it said butler ft. wayne, indiana is this a gas pump?

There was a company that made gas pumps named "Butler." This is the company that became "Butler Building Co." Their addresses were Kansas City, MO and Minneapolis, MN. I know of no Butler from Ft. Wayne. It may be a water pump.
