First off, I hope nobody here is running this Cleveland clock auction on ebay...#201360659262 in case the link doesn't work.

Ive been looking at these pics and I cant for the life of me figure out why the neon company put a ring of green AND white in the center section?? My experience has been that you only use that small extreme center space for a spinner. Maybe they thought, "well, there's cutaways for another ring, might as well utilize them." Also, the standoffs look to be too tall...you are not supposed to actually see the ring! I'll bet they are just shy, if not actually touching the clock face.
Just my opinions, I could be wrong.

Yeah, not super familiar with variants on that clock, but it does look off.

the spinner in the center is missing.i have the same clock with three neon tubes,the spinner hides the green tube.
