Capitol cans are very common, Atlantic began making capitol 2 gallons in the 30s, and continued until the later 60s. Yours is a later version, likely not worth more than $25-40. The lock ease I see very little value in, maybe $5.

So the capitol is late 1960's ?

yes,late 60s.
Also, it says Atlantic Richfield, ARCO, instead of simply Atlantic, indicating it is newer.
