Several years ago my dad picked up a very nice one-piece globe at a garage sale. it's a white En-Ar-Co no knock globe with the boy and slate logo. I was wondering how rare it is and an approximate value? I'll try and post a pic. Evan

You have a 3 piece globe there and its a reproduction so not a whole lot of value.

Just curious, but how do you know that it is a reproduction?
Thanks, Wes

Wes on ALL Canadian globes with the slate boy....the lettering No Knock should be in green, the Ethyl would be in red and only the Gasoline one is in white like the one pictured. Here is example of the Ethyl...I have the green no knock but not a picture handy...mm

The book says ;some; canadian no knocks had green letters canadian use only. I have to agree with this due to the fact I have an original one with white letters. it came off of an old pump I bought years ago. it is 13 1/2 inches thick glass-deep notched. my lens really shows it's age. the bad news is the top of it is broken off like it was cut off with a knife all the way across just at top of the boys hair line. it looks just like the globe in question. ;;;;;;;;;;Ron

So does this mean mine may not be a repro? How would i tell otherwise? I do believe that the box it was in was VERY old, and looked to be original packaging. Thanks for the help so far. Evan
