These signs have always been one of my favorite, however I see them with prices all over.. I'll be keeping my eye out at Hershey this year for one however, Ive seen prices all over from 4000 to 1800 so I'm kind of stuck as to what's good and what's bad as far as even making an offer.. The picture would be the best condition I'd like to have, so I can use that for a basis.. Thanks!

You have pretty much answered your own question. Prices on this sign vary widely and condition is everything. Bottom line will be what is it worth to you and will a vendor offer one in your price range if you find one.
