It looks like the "Dependable Gorman Plugs" sign in the 2nd pic is a painted over Champion Spark Plugs sign

Good eye, you nailed it. Pennzoil and Chevron. I remember Dave Gil posted on here once that a friend had a oil cabinet or rack return painted after loaning or renting to a local film production.

Was named Chickering, probably after the young 'chick' in the film!

"Going my way?"
Inger Stevens was the actress in that episode...
Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

"Going my way?"
Inger Stevens was the actress in that episode... Ah, yes. Still traveling after she had died in a wreck but didn't know it. Not a necrophiliac, but she looked pretty fine for a dead girl. Um, some of you did notice the girl in the photo, right?

Just out of curiosity how do you capture the high resolution screen shots ? I use my iPad. I was watching it on Netflix and if you hit the power button and the home button together, you can take a screenshot of whatever you want. If you notice in the last photo where it says gas eats just ahead, I pushed the button a little to early and two scenes combined. That's why the gas eats sign looks like its floating in the sky.
