Can you guys give me a good idea of what to pay for a mae west 5 gal? Looks as it fell over and bent the top and broke the cly. No signs on it and no rust throughs. I can probably get it for $800. Is that to high or is it a good price? and can I find parts for it? thanks

Barry

I just sold a 5 gallon with a cylinder for $1900. It was in primo shape though, probably the nicest unrestored one I've seen. What you'll pay for the cylinder is key. I've seen them go as high as $900-1000 on ebay in that size, but I think that might be an isolated incident. Expect to pay $500-600 though.

Bump for pictures. It's a 10 gallon, thought it was a 5. Tell me what you think.
