I purchased this Blue Crown Spark plug counter display. I can't find any information on how it works or what it is suppose to do. There is a #78 Blue Crown Spark plug in it with a wire inside the tube hooked on it. It plugs into the wall, has a button on the top, when I plug it in it makes a loud deep buzzing noise and a red light shows inside the tube. When I push the button it muffles the noise. I assume it is stuck on and needs fixed. Can anyone help me with this.
