I found this Diesel Chief i'm looking to purchase. Now after researching through the books and threads on this site, it seems there is some caution to be had with these signs. From what i've seen, the 'spray' on this sign looks good, the date and 'made in the USA' is in the right places, and it's in good shape. So i think it's genuine.

With that being said, i would like to ask you guys what you think about it. Always good to get a second opinion.

In addition, why are the fake ones SO close to the real ones? at least with Sky Chiefs and Fire Chiefs you can spot the fakes a mile away.
