Pump Plates Real or Repo

These two pump plates were very dirty and on a couple of pumps that were part of a group of parts pumps I purchased a couple of months ago. I would appreciate any information on these pump plates. Thanks.

Genuine Mobil pump plates, without question. Those are known as the "drop leg" version west coast Special plate with the black border. Nice signs!

do these west coast types always come without the IR date stamp or just to small in the picture?

There is no IR mark on west coast plates.
This goes for truck plates, pump plates, oil rack plates.
Been while since I have seen a larger shield but I think they were marked at the bottom tip.
