...surprised the link is still active, FIVE DAYS after he listed it!...you might ask the seller to pass your contact info onto the buyer (just in case)...

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

I probably shouldn't have posted the link. The guys phone probably been ringing off the hook!

I told him in the right situation he could have gotten about $1000 for that lens. What y'all think?

That's what he said. He said it felt like the guy had a software program searching the internet for Sunoco for sale. He said he hardly had the thing posted and his phone was ringing.
He said he's still waiting for the money to show up. So although slim, I still may have a chance if it falls through. Very unlikely I would say!

He had it listed for $450. Said it was in a box on a shelf in his father in laws garage. Sounds like it may have been "new".
He said he almost thought about just throwing it out!!! I almost died!!!

Hope the buyer has the foresight to pick it up in person and not trust the seller or the shipping co. to get it to him in one piece.

Wow Dan, I didn't remember that yours was single. It's crazy to think this was just sitting in some old guys garage. I guess the stuff is still out there.
