After getting the verdict on this truck plate, I considered cutting it up, but grievance is with unmarked reproductions and the others don't really bother me. I decided to "CONVERT" the plate to a marked version instead! I took a dremel tool and a pointed stone type bit and engraved "REPOP" right into the metal! Now that doesn't really stop the thieves because it could be painted over, but anyone looking at the back side of this plate will be able to see the wording engraved into the metal. Time to start marking these suckers, fellas!

Kevin I guess you are saying a little body filler and paint and its on the market again,but you are at least making a effort. Again education is the best answer,its great that we have a site like Oldgas to help us sort junk from the real stuff.
