in grading and placing a value on these signs how common are they and condition wise the two ovals are kinda rough.

The ovals are fairly common, I have never personally sold one for more than 1400 on the pole with the 3 pc porcelain cap, never owned the flame, I'd call them entry level slap 200 a piece on them and send them down the road, they will bring that pretty easy, on the others I cant tell if they are the steel ones or the porcelain, I'm guessing steel on a frame, still not uncommon but they are standard, if I saw them for 300 each I'd buy them, any more I'd pass.
