Looks to be a Deluxe version. Does refrigeration work? No a super popular model but still has its charms. As is I'd say 300-400.

A machine with good coin mech and working refrigeration would bring around $600-$650 in my area - non-working coin mech and refrigeration about zero. As previously mentioned and IMHO, not a popular model by far.

Paint looks good. If it cools he's asking close to the money for it IMHO.
Anyone who thinks an A23 isn't popular is apparently out of touch with Coke machines. Any pre-square body unit working with good paint goes quite well in the Southeast.
If it's not cooling then the market is driving the price to $300-500 depending on case condition because servicing the unit could cost upwards of $400.

Maybe in your neck of the woods but certainly not around mine. I buy/sell around 10-12 machines a year and no way can I get that type of money for a 23 around here.
