I'm looking for a MS 80 pump top made for a globe, but without the "cyclops" flow meter. My flow meter is in the face of the pump. I know that I can buy a ring and bolt it to the top of the pump, but did they make a pump top with the globe mounting ring built in, without the cyclops meter? First pump for me, but would like to set it up for a globe. Thanks, Brent

In my experience, all MS 80 already have the light plumbing under the tops. I mark the metal top to locate the center, place the globe ring exactly over the marks and pencil the area inside that needs to be taken out. Next I drill a pilot hole and cut out the opening, with a metal blade in a sabre saw, to allow the light socket. Reposition the globe ring, mark for two bolts, drill and attach. Problem solved with a little elbow grease. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

Thanks, Paul. I was ready to cut my top, but then hesitated, thinking maybe there was a top for that pump with the ring area made as part of the top. Appreciate the advice. Brent

I've got a short one that originally had a globe on top, I will get you some pics.
