There's at least one Sinclair station in IL. A few years ago I made a couple trips to CA from IL. Saw lots of Sinclair stations out west. The best being the Little America travel plaza in WY.

Wanted: Gas pump globes:Sinclair & affiliates, IL companies. Ripple bodies. Anything Sinclair, Stoll, Pierce, 4 Bros.

They are still a very large company and still owned by one man...I think, correct me if I am wrong.
To my surprise there is a new Sinclair station in Greensburg Indiana.

There all over this area and currently a couple have the lowest price at $1.85 gal, been awhile since I've seen it that low.

Sinclair was owned by Earnest Holdings. He had hotels and other business interests as well. He died a few years ago. Don't know who owns Sinclair now.

Sinclair is alive and well. Most of their stations are west of the Mississippi River. For now. As you may know, 2016 is the 100th Birthday of Sinclair Oil. They are planning on expanding, adding about 2300 stations. I have heard they will be moving back east again in the near future.

Drive with care, and buy Sinclair!
