Back in August I traveled to Georgia and bought my first ever gas pump. Over two months I cosmetically restored it and mechanically restored it, and was pleased how it came out. It's got a drill permanently mounted and can make the computer run.

Before and after:

I figured since I had one, I now needed two more, so I could have Gulfcrest and No-Nox as well, so this gem came up on Craigslist in TN and I acquired it:

This one is neat because it has all the pump guts intact, but it makes it so I have to keep it on a dolly or need two people. The restoration will probably take me longer than the two months I spent on the other because the cold weather doesn't allow for paint to adhere or dry properly.

Thus far I've got the computer cleaned out and working. Just the bottom of the computer is shown. A band of mice apparently lived in it a few years while it was out of service.

It will be nice to have a set of three, but be careful it is an addiction. Before you know it you will have many pumps. First one cams out great. Post pictures of the second when it is done.

Front and nozzle side done except vinyl, backside and non-nozzle stainless to go. The bottom door on the back was cut at the bottom to allow for a direct pipe to an aboveground tank, so I've got to get that repaired.

Top of the pumps looked like it had been backed into on the left side. Had to take the whole side off and straighten, and then painted. Also got new ballasts and bulbs.

Got a small collection of these sticks printed up that seemed to have come on every refurbished Gulf pump of this era. It has a place to write how much the computer will read to and octane.

Complete!

My pumps. Just one more to go, and the next will be an ETA-2.

Did you break the faces apart for the blue surround vs the white inner to paint them?
