Does anyone have a lower side skin for a narrow body Wayne
60 in decent shape?? I don't think anyone is repoping them?

Thanks!

Narrow or wide body, doesn't matter for side hips. They're reproduced in metal for about $200 if you can't find an original.

Side skins are interchangeable between wide and narrow body pumps.

Wide body's have the extra hip and much wider at the bottom.
Narrow body, is narrow all the way down, you might look in the book to see they
are completely different and not interchangeable.

Still looking!

Thanks,

Eric

Eric ask whoever is making them not to stamp out the cut out for the hip section. This has to be at least a two hit die. If they don't cut out the hip section, you should have a narrow body?

Worth to ask the question in my mind

Great point, if I can't find a decent original I will pursue.

Thank you!

Narrow bodied pumps take the same hip as a wide body.

The only pumps that take the sides with out the extra bump out are the 60-a and the 66. Finding a hip for the 60-a or 66 is going to be real tough. I have been looking for a pair for my 66 for quite some time.

My mistake, then you are correct I need a side that goes on a 60-a or a 66. The idea of finding who is reproducing the sides and see if they can do one without the extra hip might be the best bet.

GPH makes them with the hip I would give them a call to see if they could make one. Wayne 60 with hip If your side panel is bad at the bottom why couldn't you get a panel with the hip cut it in half turn it up side down and weld the two together? Just a thought.
