Hey there! For Christmas my dad gave my family a restored Martin Schwartz Model 65 gas pump and I cant really seem to find too much info on them. It is now proudly displayed in our front room!

Any info would be great! Thanks!

Welcome to Oldgas.com!

The MS 65 came out in 1935, a time of transition in the gas pump industry. Pump makers were changing from an external sight glass to an internal sight glass, partly showing through the face or outer panel. There was a shift from clockface non-computing pumps to pumps that computed the price along with the gallons dispensed.

Your pump has the external sight glass and computing meter so it is mid-way in the transition period.
