The seller has this tin sign for sale and the asking price is 150 bucks. Just by the look of it I believe it's real but if I'm wrong please tell me what you think. As for the value, this sign seems to talk to me at half the asking price. Am I on target? Thanks!

I think instead of asking if everything's a "fair deal" pretty frequently and finding out the asking prices are fair, sometimes you just have to take the plunge and buy. If you aren't worried about the originality aspect of a piece, go with your gut our you'll lose out. I saw this thread yesterday and said to myself, heck, $150 for that sign seems pretty reasonable now days, and I have no idea what the actual value of it is, but my gut reaction was that price was good and I would have paid it. This stuff isn't getting any cheaper, and I think you would be very hard pressed to find a sign like this for your thoughts of it being a $75 sign these days.....

Yea, I actually do that a lot now. I post here and then go off to see the item hoping that by the time I buy the item I come back to good feedback.

In this case I immediately messaged the seller and then posted here while I waited. for a response. Turns out the seller was in the process of making the sale as I waited for a reply.

Yes, with so MANY people hot after signs these days, an underpriced or bargain-priced sign for sale isn't going to last long. John
