I never saw this many Pierce signs in one spot. The Waters Pierce on the lower left predates the Pennant brand.

Gotta get to bed. Big day starting early tomorrow.

Is the auction gong to be online or can I enter an absentee bid on something? Does anyone know how big the Philgas sign is in the picture Ron took? I would love that being my name is Phil and I have alot of gas. LOL

Thanks, Phil

Phil,
I don't think there is any Internet or telephone bidding in the auction Fri or Sat.
The Philgas sign in the auction is leaning up to a standard table, so I'd guess it is near 30" high and about twice that wide.

Getting ready for the room-to-room swap this evening. Had a great day today selling Oldgas T-shirts and the four gas related books we sell. Only have one shirt left on a couple of sizes of the shirts. Saw so many Oldgas guys today, I can't keep the names sraight in my head. Whew! Talked to lots of people who regularly visit Oldgas.com but haven't registered on ShopTalk. Tried to encourage them to jump in and participate. Be nice to them when they post for the first time.

Hi kmann,
The Diamond Outboard is in the auction along with the other cans in that photo and the Tulsa can. It is a sweet looking can, but I didn't pick it up and examine it.
