If the sign has not been clear coated and is relatively free of touch ups, I think that is a fair price here in WI.

Same guy has a vertical version he’s selling. I think he’s a tad high for tin signs. I’d want to be closer to $500 on the horizontal.

Ive noticed these tin tire/battery signs increasing -lots over the last year or two. Especially in that condition. I would think if he cant get that from you, he'll get it from someone else.
