Morning gassers. Already hot here in the Ozarks this morning with heat index going over 105 today. I've had the convertible out of the back of the garage to clean it up and maybe drive it a little but this is beyond convertible weather. Looks like another day holed up in the shop with the ac cranking away at the electric bill. I'm sure glad I have the cool to work in but the bill this month will make me cringe I'm sure. Guess if I toughen up and turn it off I'd have a little extra globe money!😀 Nah....got enough globes. Try to stay cool everyone....GB

Good morning everyone.
Ya, we're in for the heat today also. It was already heating up early this morning so I may be limited on my outside projects and the ground is still wet from all the rain. This year is going to be a bear catching up with the property because we are so far behind.
I'm going to powerwash the deck today and with some luck put a new coat of sealer on it tomorrow and then all of my plant buddies can move outside where they belong. Good news is they made it through another winter.
Have a good one everybody, stay comfy and safe.
Have gas all the time

Good Morning Everyone,
Got a little rain this morning with a lot of thunder. The overcast sky may give us a little break here on the predicted heat today. Working outside until it feels too hot.
Have a great Thursday out there in Oldgasland

Morning all, weather same as Jims ,you can see the moisture in the air going to be a bear when it clears to sunshine .
With the overcast its not to bad. Les I feel you on the yard work its been so dry I didn't do much so I'm going to be in catch up mode the rest of the week provided it dries up enough.
Have A Great One!

Gary and Jim , I can relate to your Missouri humidity , so bad you can slice it with a butter knife. I start 2 weeks of vacation on Friday and can hardly wait . This is my little project, putting in a swimming pool for the family . Been cutting out dirt on a slope with my baby skid steer and it's amazing how much grade level can fool you . Knew I had it close by the eye but shot it with a transit and still have about 6" to take out on the slope side. Here is a picture of my garden this year as well . The rain and humidity really makes the plants grow. My corn is laid over from Tuesdays windstorm but it's slowly standing back up . I got a acre of pumpkins planted as well over across the field they are really staring to vine out .

I couldn't leave out a picture of my dill pickles as I also started my summer canning last Sunday eve. I have a ton of cucumbers to pick this weekend and a patch of dill doing well with the humid weather . Lots of work but I always have liked canning from the garden . My mom and both grandmothers canned my entire childhood so I guess it rubbed off .

Travis, your projects make me look like a slacker. The Sinclair shop and garden look great. Nice spot for the pool. How do you ever have time for pickle making?
