I ran across a photo of a Conoco gas pump on the internet, but I cannot confirm the model that I am looking at. The clockface dial very clearly says "Wayne", so I have looked in Jack Sim's bible (latest edition) for identification. Most of the Wayne clockface pumps have a lamp cover between the top and the clockface. The only two that I found with the clockface set so close to the top are model 576 and model 730. However, the visible gauge in this photo (particularly the attachment and hose connection) does not look like the ones on the 576 and the 730, rather it looks much closer to the guage on the model 861.
Furthermore, there appears to be a spinner sight glass right below the clockface....but I don't see that on any of the Wayne clockface pumps in Jack's book.
What model am I looking at here? Or is this a pump with parts from more than one model? Or is this possibly a knock off reproduction made for restaurants and garages?
Thanks.
Andy
